What patients ask most about the Apex Membership Plan.
Is this insurance?
No. It's an in-house membership plan with our office. You pay one annual fee directly to Apex and get your preventive care plus 12% off other services. There are no claims, deductibles, waiting periods, or annual maximums.
When do benefits start?
The day you enroll. There are no waiting periods, so you can schedule your exam and cleaning right away.
Can I use this with my existing insurance?
The plan is designed for patients without dental insurance. If you have coverage, call us and we'll help you figure out which option makes the most sense for you.
How does the Family Plan work?
The Family Plan is $1,450 a year and covers up to 2 adults and 2 children 12 and under, with full benefits for each member. Additional family members can be added for $300 a year each.
What if I need more than 2 cleanings?
If you need periodontal maintenance, the Perio Upgrade covers up to 4 maintenance visits a year for $150 per person. Any other additional services are 12% off with your membership.
How do I add the Perio Upgrade?
Just ask when you call to enroll, or at any visit. It can be added to any membership tier, per person, for $150 a year.
Do you offer a cash discount?
Yes. A 3% cash discount is available. Our team can explain how it applies when you call.
